What’s the VC100 and how working with ？
The VC100 Thickness gauges are used to measure the thickness of electroplated and coated plates on metals, such as paint/enamel/chrome on steel, paint and anodized coatings on aluminum/copper. The instrument uses a precision integrated probe, using the principle of electromagnetic induction and eddy current effect to automatically detect the properties of the substrate.
The meter is designed for non-destructive measurement of coating and paint thickness. It is an indispensable product for surface treatment of materials. It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical, commodity inspection and other fields, and can work stably in laboratories, workshops and outdoors.
2. When measuring paint thickness, the tester must be 90° perpendicular to the test surface.
3. Special reminder: When you receive the product and start using it, please tear off the protective film on the VC100 screen.
4. Two versions can choose VC100 (without battery) or VC100 (with battery version with 2 3V CR2032 batteries)
