3 steps to operate newest EIS idle test tool:
1. Insert the key that is programmed or the right key, LED2 indicator will flash and after 10-20 seconds it will turn off.
2. Open ACC and LED2 indicator will keep flash.
3. Pull out the key, LED2 indicator will flash and after 10-20 seconds it will turn off.
