If users bought V5.001 version KTAG from us, and want to update to V6.070. Users can send the main unit back to us for update.
Kindly note:
1. Before send back, please check the QC label on the Main Unit, to confirm if it ends with 015, if so, can send back to us for repair. If not, the KTAG will be unable to update.
2. Users need to undertake the shipping cost for returning and resend.
